.SYNOPSIS...An upper level trough will move east of the region
Sunday afternoon and a weak upper level ridge will give drier and
somewhat warmer conditions on Monday. Another trough will arrive 
on Tuesday for a return to cool and unsettled conditions that will
persist for much of the coming week.

.SUNDAY...Partly sunny. A slight chance of snow showers in the
morning. A slight chance of showers late in the morning, then a
chance of showers in the afternoon. Snow level near 4000 feet. 
.SUNDAY NIGHT...Partly cloudy. Freezing level near 5500 feet. 
.MONDAY...Sunny. Freezing level near 5500 feet increasing to
7000 feet in the afternoon. 
.MONDAY NIGHT...Partly cloudy in the evening, then mostly cloudy
with a slight chance of rain and snow after midnight. Snow level
near 6000 feet. 
.TUESDAY...Mostly cloudy with rain and snow likely in the
morning, then cloudy with rain and snow in the afternoon. Snow
