For reservations arriving prior to December 31, 2024 there is a $15 cancelation fee outside of the 7 day arrival window. For reservations after January 1, 2025, the fee has been increased to $25. The deposit (one-night stay including tax) will be forfeit for a reservation cancelled within 7 days of the scheduled arrival date.
